Any information regarding performance or use is only offered as suggestion for investigation for use, based upon Diener Precision Pump’s or other customer’s experience. DPP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the suitability or fitness of any of its products for any particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine that the product is safe, lawful and technically suitable for the intended use. The disclosure of information herein is not a license to operate under, or a recommendation to infringe any patents.

Limited Warranty

The products manufactured by Diener Precision Pumps are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment from the place of manufacture. Diener Precision Pumps will repair or replace, at its option, any part of the product, which fails to conform to this warranty for a period of eighteen months from the date of manufacture for the pump. Diener Precision Pumps’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment, returned to us on a FOB destination basis, providing that our examination discloses that the part or parts were defective at the time of shipment. The adjustment or replacement of defective parts made under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

The warranty described above is the exclusive warranty of Diener Precision Pumps and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty previously issued. Diener Precision Pumps neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale and/or use of our products.

No warranty of any kind is made or shall be imposed with respect to any pump or parts which have been (1) improperly installed and tested in operation, (2) subject to misuse, negligence, acts of God or the elements, or any other form of casualty, or (3) repaired or altered outside of Diener Precision Pumps facility in a way so as, in our judgment to effect performance or reliability.

The parties agree that the buyers sole and exclusive remedy against Diener Precision Pumps shall be for the repair or replacement of defective parts under the conditions stated above. The buyer agrees that no other remedy, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, loss of use, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss shall be available to it.

This warranty shall not apply to prototypes or experimental pumps or purchased electric motors. Our warranty on the aforementioned units is available upon request.
