The Precision Series metering pump is designed for high-precision fluid dosing in sensitive applications within analytical, diagnostic, and medical technologies. It is distinguished by its exceptional delivery precision of less than 0.5%, which makes it ideal for use in IVD and laboratory analytics, peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, and other medical dosing technologies.
Valve-Free Design: With an innovative piston geometry we have isolated the pump’s inlets and outlets and eliminated the need for additional valves. This also reduces installation costs and wear.
Adjustable Delivery Volume: The delivery volume can be easily adjusted by changing the angle between the motor and the driving elbow, which can then be locked in place. This allows for operation across the entire range from zero to full dispense.
Advanced Detection: The direction and speed of the fluid flow are detected by an encoder, hall sensor, or optical sensor, which enable precisely controlable, accurate and reliable operation.
Dual-Precision Series option: This precision metering pump is also available in the Dual-Precision Series model, which combines two pumps operated with one motor. This enables extremely consistent mixing ratios for diagnostic devices.
