The Dual-Precision Series precision metering pump features a unique design with two individually controllable precision metering pumps powered by a single motor. Providing high precision and efficiency in a compact design, this pump model is ideal for precise fluid mixing, simultaneous dosing, or out-of-phase delivery.
Space Saving and Efficiency: Combining two micro-metering pump heads on a single motor saves space and reduces motor control requirements without sacrificing precision. Because the pumps share the same shaft, their relative dispense volumes remain consistent.
Versatile Displacement: Each pump head, depending on its size, can achieve a displacement of 25 to 500 µL per stroke, as is the case with our Precision Series metering pump model.
High Mixing Ratios: By using different sized pump heads and calibrations, mixing ratios can reach up to 160:1. Additionally, rinse port options are available for pumping fluids that form precipitates.
Advanced Detection: An optical sensor provides feedback on speed and direction, independent of the stepper motor, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
