  • The Extreme Series precision gear pump is engineered to handle high-stress loads and pump challenging fluids of different thickness and viscosity with ease, from pigmented inks to strawberry smoothies.

    Equipped with additional bearings and an optimized magnetic coupling design, this pump series can handle higher load capacities, with a flow rate ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 mil/min.

    Despite heavy demands, the Extreme Series features a long service life. For especially demanding tasks, the pump can be fitted with hardened gears, to enhance its durability and performance under extreme conditions. As added protection against over-pressurization, we have designed an optional internal pressure relief valve, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

    Extreme Series is available with either brushless DC (BLDC) or basic DC motor. The brushless DC motor features current limiting and thermal over-protection options, along with an IP-55 rating for reliable operation in harsh environments at peak performance. Its forged pump body offers a variety of connection options for versatile use.

    Extreme Series is suitable for a wide range of applications, including inkjet printing, water and waste water treatment, beverage dispensing systems, laboratory analytics and automotive systems.
