The Extreme Series precision gear pump is designed for high stress loads. It can easily pump difficult fluids from pigmented inks to strawberry smoothies. With a flow rate of between 1,500 and 5,000 milliliters per minute we recommend its use in a variety of applications such as in dialysis monitors, beverage dispensing, or continuous inkjet printing equipment.

Despite being subjected to heavy demands, the Extreme Series features a long service life.

It is equipped with additional bearings and the load capacity of the conventional magnetic coupling design tweaked to higher limits. With its forged pump body, it provides a wide selection of connection options.

As an additional option, it can be equipped with hardened gears for tasks that are especially demanding. The Extreme Series pumps are available with either BLDC or with DC motors. An optional internal pressure relief valve provides additional over pressurization protection. The brush-less DC motor includes current limiting and thermal over-protection, and its IP-55 rating means reliable operation in harsh environments at peak performance.

Benefits

Benefit Icon

3D Mounting

Our pumps are extremely versatile when it comes to mounting. The body is compact in size and the flexible inlet and outlet port locations simplify plumbing and conserve valuable space.

Benefit Icon

Long-life

DPP pumps are all characterized by their robustness and performance. Wear and tear is at its lowest, and their smart designs ensure a sustainable reduction in operating costs.

Benefit Icon

100% Outgoing Testing

Before any pump leaves our factory, it is stringently and extensively tested in accordance with its specifications. Our customers receive detailed reports, saving them time and money.

Benefit Icon

Chemically Resistant

Our pumps are made from materials that are resistant to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. This means our pumps can also operate reliably and precisely in even the harshest environments.

Benefit Icon

Low Pressure Pulsation

Thanks to their smart drives and the innovative helical gear design our pumps ensure an extremely smooth fluid delivery with almost no pressure pulsation.

Benefit Icon

No Shaft Seals

DPP gear pumps are hermetically sealed instead of using conventional shaft seals. This means low maintenance for you and your customers, a long service life and the highest degree of productivity.
